Delivery area
To date, Ewincher is not yet established in all countries in the world, so the following destinations may not be deliverable: Russia, China, Cuba, India, Bangladesh, Brazil, Central America...
If you are in transit in another country, please let us know in a note when ordering. >In this case and to speed up administrative procedures with carriers and avoid any blockages at customs, we thank you for providing us with a scan of your identity document or passport before shipment.
Shipping time
Your order is shipped upon receipt of payment subject to stock availability. You will receive by email the estimated delivery date, confirmation of your delivery address as well as your tracking number for your package.
For any questions about product availability or delivery requirements, do not hesitate to contact us: contact@ewincher.com EWINCHER cannot be held responsible for late delivery or non-delivery in the event that the delivery address provided is incomplete and/or incorrect. Resending a package that could not be delivered due to a lack of information will be charged.
Transporter
By default we use UPS as the main carrier, except for certain specific destinations which are poorly or not served by UPS. Additional charges may apply depending on the delivery address. (case of islands and archipelagos, or as part of an “emergency” delivery for example)
Delivery terms
We recommend that you inform us by email at contact@ewincher.com of any anomaly concerning your order, within 72 hours during working days. After this period, EWINCHER cannot be held responsible for non-compliant delivery. In case of absence, the carrier will leave you a notice.
The package will be delivered to the address indicated when ordering. Upon receipt of your order, we recommend that you check the conformity of your order in the presence of the delivery person. For a complaint to be admissible, it must be mentioned in writing at the time of receipt of the package.
Delivery issues
In the event of a delay or delivery problem, we invite you to notify us as soon as possible so that we can intervene with the carrier. If action is required on your part with regard to the carrier then we will inform you of the procedure to follow by email
