All elements necessary for the installation of our SailForce electric winch, including cables, are included in our offer. Our motor is the most compact under-deck motor available on the market, and it presents much fewer constraints in terms of wiring than conventional motors (12 or 24 V brushed motors).

Motor - dimensions & installation

SailForce is the most compact underdeck engine on the market today.

Our motor is so powerful that we use the same one for size 40 to 70 winches. The space saving in the cabin compared to conventional motors (12 or 24V DC brushed motors) is considerable for size 50 winches and more.

The motor can be installed at 30 degree intervals around the winch axis.

Cables - compact and flexible

All the cables necessary for the installation of our electric winch are provided:

Lithium Battery / Motor Cables:

Our cables are significantly thinner than those of conventional motors, thanks to our technology (brushless motor powered by a 30V Lithium battery). We opted for H07VK flexible multi-strand cables, known for their great flexibility, which considerably simplifies installation. We offer three options:

2x2.5 meters, section of 6 mm², ext. Ø. 5 mm
2x5 meters, section of 10 mm², ext. Ø. 6 mm
2x10 meters, section of 16 mm²

For comparison, conventional motors for a size 40 winch require cables with a section ranging from 30 to 50 mm², with an external diameter of 12 to 14 mm.
